lululemon APAC is seeking a Junior Technical Developer to translate tech packs into production-ready garments. You will maintain data integrity in PLM systems, manage style setups, and collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
You will support fittings, measure samples, and assist in costing and BOM accuracy while learning from senior developers and QA peers.

The APAC Product Creation team is responsible for bringing innovative and guest-centric products to life, partnering across Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Quality, Sourcing, and Production teams from concept through commercialization. We work closely with regional and global partners to deliver high-quality products that meet guest needs while balancing product performance, quality, speed to market, and business objectives.
As a highly collaborative and fast-paced team, we manage the end-to-end product creation process, including product development, sourcing, costing, fit and wear testing, quality management, production readiness, and commercialization. We partner closely with our vendor network across Asia to drive innovation, solve complex product challenges, and ensure products are successfully launched into bulk production.
