Job summary

A technology consulting firm is looking for a Junior System Engineer in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of IT support experience and skills in configuration and troubleshooting of PC systems. You will provide support for desktops and servers in a Microsoft environment, assist in monitoring service requests and perform installations. This role offers a friendly and energetic working environment with a salary range of 20-25K, lunch allowance, and shuttle bus services.

Qualifications

• 2 years in IT support with some infrastructure experience.
• Experience in configuration, installation and troubleshooting PC systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to desktops and servers operation in Microsoft environment.
• Assist supervisor in monitoring and updating Infrastructure Service requests.
• Perform new System / PC installation and set up of equipment.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and liaise with vendors for maintenance.
