We are seeking a sharp and highly organised Junior Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support daily client communications, native Xiaohongshu (XHS) content creation, event logistics, and direct founder support.

This is a 360-degree role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, understands luxury aesthetics, and masters digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• PR & Media Liaison: Draft and manage influencer/KOL outreach databases (HK, Mainland China, Taiwan), handle seeding logistics, and coordinate guest lists for luxury activations.

• Content & Digital Copywriting: Draft Simplified Chinese copy for Xiaohongshu (XHS) and WeChat; adapt brand messaging for Chinese audiences with cultural fluency.

• Executive & On-Site Event Support: Attend client events, brand launches, and property shoots alongside Creative Director; capture real-time behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) and manage event operations on the ground.

• Agency Operations: Day-to-day campaign trackers, compile monthly client coverage reports, and support general administrative workflows.

Requirements & Key Qualifications

• Language Fluency (Non-Negotiable): Fluent in both Mandarin and English

• Technical Competency (Non-Negotiable):
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Adobe Suite

• Experience & Mindset:
• 1+ years of experience in PR, digital marketing, agency operations, or luxury lifestyle media (High-performing fresh grads with relevant internships considered).
