You will learn to implement analytics, CRO, and Looker Studio dashboards while supporting client success initiatives. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for GMP technical inquiries and provide solutions with high-quality information.
• Onboard and train customers on Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
• Support Customer Success Manager in nurturing client relationships.
• Create and maintain documentation for product updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Digital Maturity solutions.
