LRQA is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to work on EiQ, our flagship supply chain intelligence platform. You will handle full data lifecycles from raw sources to trusted datasets and production-ready AI products, applying ML, generative AI, and data engineering skills.
You will collaborate with consulting, assessment, product, and technology teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, translating ESG challenges into actionable analytics and measurable outcomes. Mandarin is a plus.
EiQ is LRQA’s flagship supply chain intelligence platform and is entering a major growth phase as it evolves into a scalable, AI-enabled data product. With ambitious growth targets and increasing adoption by global clients, EiQ is a core strategic asset within LRQA’s digital portfolio, powering client insight, transparency, and risk‑based decision‑making across complex supply chains.
We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist with strong foundations in machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering. This is not a traditional front‑end analytics role focused mainly on dashboards or pre-existing structured tables. You will work across the full data lifecycle, from raw and often unstructured sources to trusted, reusable “golden” datasets, intelligent models, and production‑ready data products.
You will thrive in this role if you are curious about data, believe in data‑driven decision‑making, respect the power and limitations of data, and enjoy finding valuable signals hidden in complex information. You will investigate sources, challenge assumptions, understand limitations, and build the path from raw data to trustworthy insights and intelligent action.
