As the Global Responsible Sourcing Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for driving reporting excellence across client programmes by ensuring data quality, dashboard performance, reporting consistency, and actionable analytics. You will partner closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and reporting teams to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that support better decision-making and risk management.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards and analytics solutions across Responsible Sourcing, ESG, Social Compliance, and Supply Chain Risk programmes.
Design scalable reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics that deliver meaningful business insights.
Drive automation, reporting standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and strategic objectives.
Translate business needs into effective reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
Provide expert guidance on reporting strategy, performance management, and data visualisation.
Own quality assurance processes for reporting deliverables and dashboard outputs.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting data across multiple programmes.
Establish reporting standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Act as a key reporting and analytics expert within LRQA's EiQ ecosystem and reporting platforms.
Apply knowledge of ESG, responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, and risk monitoring to deliver valuable insights.
Support the development and enhancement of reporting methodologies and client solutions.
Lead and coordinate a global team of Reporting Analysts.
Provide coaching, guidance, and quality oversight to ensure high standards of delivery.
Support resource allocation, workload planning, and continuous team development.

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Compliance, or Supply Chain Risk Management.
Experience leading reporting or analytics teams within a client-focused environment.
Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and visualisation tools.
Strong experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple platforms and data sources.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience with SAP reporting environments.
Familiarity with LRQA EiQ or comparable risk, ESG, compliance, or supply chain platforms.
Experience working across global or multi-cultural teams.
Knowledge of responsible sourcing, social compliance, ESG reporting, and supply chain risk management.
