Job Overview
LRQA is seeking an experiencedGlobal Responsible Sourcing Reporting Managerin Hong Kongto lead our global reporting and analytics services for Responsible Sourcing, ESG, Social Compliance, and Supply Chain Risk Monitoring programs. The role is responsible for ensuring reporting excellence, data accuracy, dashboard quality, and reporting standardization across client programs while leading a global team of reporting analysts.
The successful candidate will combinestrongbusiness intelligence expertiseand supply chainrisk governanceknowledge to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that support customer decision-making and risk management.
Build, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reporting solutions for globalethical&responsible sourcing, ESG, social compliance, and supply chain risk programs.
Design scalable reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytics tools that convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, and reusable dashboard assets.
2. Partner with Clients & Stakeholders
Work directly with clients, program teams, and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs, business objectives, and decision-making requirements.
Translate client requirements into practical reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance insights.
Act as a trusted advisor on dashboard design, reporting strategy, and performance measurement.
3. Ensure Reporting Quality & Data Integrity
Own quality assurance for reporting and dashboard deliverables across client programs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports, dashboards, and analytics outputs.
Establish review processes, quality standards, and governance practices to support reporting excellence.
4. Provide Subject Matter Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert in LRQA’s EiQ ecosystem, reporting platforms, and data architecture.
Apply knowledge of ESG, responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance and risk monitoring to develop meaningful analytical insights.
Support continuous improvement of reporting products, methodologies, and service offerings.
5. Support Team Delivery & Coordination
Coordinate the work of a small global team of Reporting Analysts to support timely, high-quality delivery of reporting and dashboard services.
Provide guidance, review, and support to ensure outputs meet client expectations and contractual commitments.
Help prioritize team workload and align resources with client reporting needs.
Bachelor’s degree in businessAnalytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, ESG, responsible sourcing, compliance, or supply chain risk management.
Proven experience leading reporting or analytics teams in a client-facing environment.
Strongunderstanding ofethicalandresponsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, and globalrisk monitoringrequirements, with the abilityto translateclient needsintoeffectivereports.
Strong hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and managing BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience working with complex datasets from multiple sources, including enterprise systems, client platforms, and data warehouses.
Familiarity with SAP reporting environments and LRQA EiQ or similar risk and compliance platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Experience managing global or cross-functional teams is preferred.
