Korea Development Bank Hong Kong Branch is seeking a Native Korean-speaking Junior Corporate Bank Relationship Manager to join our Hong Kong team. You will assess risk, structure transactions, and support clients across Korean and English channels to drive credit growth.

The role emphasizes credit analysis, rigorous documentation, and cross-border collaboration within our corporate banking group. Fluency in Korean is essential, with English proficiency and Chinese ability a plus, in a dynamic HK

Qualificações

Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting (Bachelor's Degree or above).
2–5 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to prepare reports for the credit process in Korean and English; Chinese language capability favored.

Responsabilidades

Review materials from related parties and analyze risk profiles (industry, country, deal structure).
Evaluate credit worthiness of borrowers and transaction structures.
Prepare and conduct credit applications with supporting credit officers at Head Office when needed.
Review precedent conditions for loan execution (facility agreements, KYC, legal documents).
Monitor borrower's performance and credit events regularly.
Support colleagues and collaborate with other departments for corporate banking business development.
Draft facility documents and review legal documents.
Handle customer relationships (account opening, documentation signing).
Maintain loan assets portfolio in healthy growth.
Assist with ad hoc tasks or projects as directed by management.
