Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting (Bachelor's Degree or above).
• Relevant work experience around 2–5 years.
• Able to prepare reports for the credit process in Korean and English; Chinese language capability favored.
• Good knowledge of credit analysis and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review materials and analyze risk profiles (industry, country, deal structure).
• Evaluate credit worthiness of borrowers and transaction structures.
• Prepare and conduct credit applications with supporting officers at Headquarters if needed.
• Review precedents for loan execution, including facility agreements, KYC, and legal documents.
• Monitor borrower performance and credit events.
• Support teammates and collaborate with other departments for business development in corporate banking.
• Draft facility documents and review legal documents.
• Handle customer relationships such as account opening and documentation signing.
• Maintain loan assets portfolio in healthy growth.
• Support ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.
