Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in aviation with project management or capacity planning exposure.
• Strong data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with capacity modelling or forecasting resource requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power Platform, Tableau for data work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose capacity rearrangements to meet milestones while minimizing operational impact.
• Support Resources Planning with reliable manpower data for new inquiries.
• Monitor WIP progress with teams and adjust capacity replans as needed.
• Reserve and replan capacity based on project priority, trade capacity, and workload plans.
• Forecast future trade workload to support recruitment planning.
