HAECO Group is seeking a Data Analytics Manager at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to lead data analytics and digital transformation initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable insights and build scalable analytics platforms using Azure technologies and AI capabilities.

In this role, you will partner with business units, Group Digital and IT to ensure data-driven strategies maximize value, while maintaining data privacy and high-performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate business needs into data analytics solutions that balance cost, capability, performance, and speed to market.
• Develop and maintain the HAECO Enterprise Data Platform with analytics models and tools to support decision-making.
• Ensure data models comply with industry and HAECO standards.
• Oversee analytics projects ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate cost-effective technologies into the analytics ecosystem.
• Communicate with business units, IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
