Job summary

BITA, a fintech in Hong Kong, is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate (Junior) to drive lead generation and prospect research across APAC, with a focus on digital assets and TradFi intersections.

You will own the sales process from outreach to close, build relationships with institutional clients, and work closely with senior leadership to execute BITA's commercial strategy. Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is advantageous; internships for graduates considered.
• Strong familiarity with the digital-asset ecosystem and ability to engage with digital-asset counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Independently research, identify and qualify prospective clients across crypto and TradFi, building targeted APAC pipelines.
• Own the sales process from initial outreach through closing; prepare for client meetings and follow-ups.
• Develop client relationships via calls, video meetings and in-person engagements; document interactions in CRM.
