Job summary

BIT is seeking fresh graduates to join its global business development efforts in Hong Kong. You will assist in market research, prepare marketing materials, and support speech and presentation work while helping generate leads and convert opportunities.

You will be a liaison across functions, gaining exposure to blockchain, crypto, DeFi, and NFT spaces, with a path to become an independent contributor after one year. Strong English and Mandarin skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or graduates with under 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Majors in economics, financial engineering, management, or related fields.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication; third language is a plus.
• Knowledge of our products and ability to communicate competitiveness to clients.
• Potential to be trained as an independent business development professional after 1 year.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Enthusiastic about blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and NFT landscape.
• Dedicated, hardworking, and self-disciplined.
• Proactive self-starter, comfortable with ambiguous and high-pressure situations.

Job Responsibilities：

• Assist the team head on market research, marketing materials, speech and presentation etc.
• Play a supportive role in the sales lead generation and conversion cycle
• Be a point of liaison within the team for better internal communication and collaboration, may be assigned to assist other senior business development directors on specific projects and tasks, as needed

Job Requirements：

• Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Graduates with majors in economics, financial engineering, management, or related fields.
• Being a quick learner and strong communicator, presentable, strong in both English and Mandarin, third language is a plus
• Being savvy with financial knowledge and being able to understand and communicate clearly of our product offerings and competitiveness to clients
