Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or graduates with under 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Majors in economics, financial engineering, management or related fields.
• Strong in English and Mandarin; additional language is a plus.
• Ability to understand and communicate BIT product offerings to clients.
• Potential to train into an independent business development professional after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist team head with market research, materials, speeches and presentations.
• Support sales lead generation and conversion cycles.
• Act as a liaison to improve internal communication and collaboration within the team.
