- Work one-on-one with students to brainstorm, develop, and refine personal statements and supplemental essays for university applications, summer programs, and competitions.
- Provide thoughtful feedback on essay structure, clarity, and style while preserving each student’s authentic voice. Assist with other written application components (e.g., resumes, activity lists) as needed.
- Work closely with the consulting team to ensure each student’s essays and daily progress align with their overarching admissions strategy.
- Actively participate in ongoing internal training sessions, shadow senior consultants, and stay up-to-date on global university admissions trends (US, UK, HK, etc.).
