ARCH Education Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Junior Admissions Consultant to support students through academic planning, extracurricular profiling, university research, application strategy, and essay development. You will work under Senior Consultants to guide students and help build competitive applications.

You will conduct one-on-one coaching, provide thoughtful feedback on essays, manage timelines, and collaborate with the team to ensure coherent admissions strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with storytelling/editing abilities.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in tutoring/mentoring/writing/editing or youth development preferred.
• Strong organisational, time management, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise students on academic planning, extracurricular profile building, and school list research.
• Help manage application timelines and track progress toward deadlines.
• Assist with drafting personal statements, essays, resumes, and activity lists.
• Provide feedback on structure, clarity, and voice of student essays.
• Collaborate with consulting team to align essays with overall admissions strategy.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on global admissions trends (US/UK/HK).
