Job summary

Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center Limited is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on daily accounting operations, data entry, payment processing and invoice verification, with responsibilities spanning accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and month-end close.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of accounting experience, a Diploma or higher in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel skills, with proficiency in English and

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Around 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, payment processing and invoice verification.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with month-end closing and the preparation of accounting schedules.
• Support audit preparation and provide relevant supporting documents.
• Perform general administrative duties for the finance team.
• Handle ad hoc accounting assignments as required.
