Job summary

Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accountant to support month-end closing and prepare the full set of accounts including GL, AR/AP, in compliance with applicable standards and SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong English/Chinese communication skills (Mandarin preferred). On-site in Central and Western District, HK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant accounting experience; PRC-based companies will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication, and fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).

Responsibilities

• Report to Team Leader on preparing full set of accounts, including General Ledger, AR/AP, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and SOPs.
• Support month-end closing process and prepare reporting package to Corporate.
• Assist in preparing account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial statements.
• Generate monthly and ad hoc management reports.
• Provide analytical support to management and support consolidation schedules.
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested.
