Job summary

Synpulse Hong Kong Limited is building a new technology team in Hong Kong and seeks a strong backend engineer with Java, microservices and cloud experience to join our dynamic consulting environment.

You will collaborate across regions, contribute to core libraries, adopt DevOps and CI/CD, and continuously improve scalable platforms while exploring AI-enabled tooling to enhance delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Java skills with OO design experience.
• Experience with microservices and caching technologies.
• Ability to manage high data volumes and document databases.
• DevOps experience and Agile practices.
• Willingness to learn AI/GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality Java software with strong engineering practices.
• Support core library and system design.
• Design and implement technology features.
