Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Java developer to drive low-latency system components and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design interrelated functions.

The role requires 8+ years of Java (Spring/Core) development, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluent Mandarin and English. Familiarity with FIX protocols and OMS/EMS concepts is a plus; agile practices and Maven build experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of Java development experience (Spring/Core).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of FIX/Exchange protocols is a plus.
• Knowledge of OMS/EMS/Cash equities concepts is a plus.
• Experience with low-latency techniques (LMAX, etc.).
• Exposure to Git and JIRA; Agile processes; Maven build.

Responsibilities

• Task planning and handle requests from various parties.
• Continuously review and provide recommendations to improve the system.
• Liaise with other development teams to design and document interrelated functions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members.
• Unit testing and functional testing of developed code.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with CSI requirements and training/regulatory standards.
