Job summary

Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service / Logistics Operator to join our ATL Kwai Chung team. You will coordinate with clients, sales, operations and warehouse, follow up shipments, prepare billing, and handle inquiries by phone or email.

Ideal candidates have a degree or above, at least 1 year in customer service or logistics, good command of English, Chinese, and Japanese (N1) would be an advantage, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or above.
• 1 year or more customer service or logistics operation experience.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Japanese (N1).
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & communicate with clients, sales, operation and warehouse.
• Follow up shipment, prepare billing and monthly statement.
• Handle clients' inquiries, complaints by phone or email.
• Maintain good customer relationship with excellent communication.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
