Meadville Technologies Company Limited in Sha Tin District, Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Officer (Logistic and Customs) to support order processing and shipments for a Japanese-based trading operation. You will follow up orders from factory to clients, negotiate delivery schedules with suppliers, and maintain communication with factories and Japanese clients.

Proficiency in Japanese and English plus solid PC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in orders follow up and arranging shipments.
• Secondary graduate or above.
• JLPT N1 or N2 passed.
• Good written and spoken Japanese and English.
• Good PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and process the orders from factory to clients.
• Negotiate delivery schedules with supplier and factory.
• Contact with factory, Japanese client
