Job summary

Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd. is seeking a proactive Customer Service / Logistics Operator to join our ATL Kwai Chung team. You will coordinate with clients, sales, operations and warehouse, follow up shipments, prepare billing, and handle inquiries by phone or email.

Ideal candidates have a degree or above, at least 1 year in customer service or logistics, good command of English, Chinese, and Japanese (N1) would be an advantage, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or above.
• 1 year or more customer service or logistics operation experience.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Japanese (N1).
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree or above
• 1 years or above customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics service provider (Fresh Graduate also welcome)
• Mature, good sense, responsible, willing to learn and able to work under pressure, initiative, positive mind set and well organized
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (N1)
• Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Client focus with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location

• ATL, Kwai Chung (Provide Shuttle Bus Coupon between ATL & Kwai Fong or Mei Foo MTR Station)
