• Log and track service requests while documenting support procedures.
• Partner with local and global IT teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage multi-channel communications (Teams/Email) and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
