Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking an IT Trainee in Hong Kong. This role involves installing and troubleshooting software and infrastructure while supporting Helpdesk tickets.

IT Trainee (iBank, Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Resolve escalated Helpdesk tickets and assist with remote/WFH setups.
Log and track service requests while documenting support procedures.
Partner with local and global IT teams to ensure policy compliance.
Manage multi-channel communications (Teams/Email) and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Fresh Graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
Fluent English; Chinese languages are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn and grow within the financial technology sector.
Must be a permanent resident or hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
