Job summary

Connexe Search is seeking an IT & Systems Manager for a family office to oversee data systems, enhance information flow, and support tech integration.

You will develop databases, analyze workflows, ensure security and stability, and coordinate with developers and external partners. Fluency in English and Chinese, plus Salesforce experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in system analysis, infrastructure management, or software deployment.
• Strong business analysis skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing network environments and testing web apps.
• Experience in UX/UI is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; proficient with common office applications.

Our client is a Family Office. Currently, they are looking for an IT & Systems Manager to oversee the design and optimization of data systems to streamline information flow, improve internal operational efficiency, and support technology integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and upgrade database structures and data models to facilitate impact assessment and reporting.
• Analyze current software, workflows, and infrastructure to pinpoint vulnerabilities and implement scalable enhancements.
• Maintain the security, stability, and overall performance of core network services and systems.
• Translate department requirements into technical specifications, assist in platform evaluation, and manage external technology partners.
• Lead system testing, resolve technical bugs, and coordinate platform rollouts with developers.
• Manage tech support, document systems, and monitor budgets for software subscriptions and hardware.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A university degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in system analysis, infrastructure management, or software deployment.
• Solid technical background coupled with business analysis skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in managing network environments and testing web-based applications.
• Experience in user experience UX/UI will be an advantage.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and a highly collaborative attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Salesforce and common office applications.
