Webull Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide daily end-user support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and manage Microsoft 365 tools.

You will install and maintain PCs, networking gear, and video conferencing systems, assist IT projects, and ensure compliance with data security and access controls.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of IT helpdesk/internal support experience.
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proficient in Windows, desktop administration and Office Suite.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues with timely resolution.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, networking equipment, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Assist in IT projects (office relocation, system upgrades, migration) and participate in internal IT audits.
• Maintain hardware inventory, track equipment rentals, and perform day-to-day monitoring/administration of IT systems.
• Adhere to SFC IT regulatory requirements (e.g., data security, access controls, audit compliance) in all support activities.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant IT helpdesk/internal support experience, preferably in a licensed financial services/brokerage firm.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, desktop administration, and Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of network/server infrastructure and IT compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of SFC IT regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, system security standards).
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
