About The Role

• Provides IT support for desktops, printers, and cellular devices. Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware & software in PCs, telecommunication equipment, and other computer services
• Administer IT asset inventories, ensuring records are kept up to date
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft platform administration.
• Experience in virtualization platform, storage system is preferable.
• Support and handle full spectrum of Office Administrative support, including office supplies, building management, and billing.

Qualification:

• 1-2 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
• Diploma/Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
