Job summary

Capital Financial Press Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an IT system administrator to manage Windows Server, Office 365, LAN/WAN and cloud services. You will provide helpdesk support to end-users and clients, perform hardware/software installation, repair and troubleshooting, monitor networks, and maintain hardware/software inventory.

Fresh graduates are welcome; shift hours are 9am–6pm and 2pm–11pm with shift allowance. You will work in a fast-paced financial printing environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Computer Networking, System Administration, Information Technology or relevant discipline.
• Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Punctual, hardworking and responsible.
• Fresh graduates are also considered.

Responsibilities

• Admin Windows Server, Office 365, LAN/WAN and cloud services.
• Provide helpdesk support to end-users and clients.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Monitor networks and system performance.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors on warranty and maintenance.
• Handle ad hoc IT requests efficiently.
