Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an IT Planning, Strategy & PMO Lead (Software Product) in Hong Kong to manage IT demand planning, budgeting, and portfolio optimization. You will partner with business units on new tech initiatives, evaluate market-leading SaaS tools, and ensure governance over Oracle and Microsoft.

Key responsibilities include Strategy & Demand Planning, PMO Governance, SAM, and SaaS & Vendor Advisory.

Qualifications

6+ years in IT Strategy, PMO, or Software Asset Management.
Big 4 Advisory/Consulting or Software Product/SaaS Management background preferred.
Strong knowledge of licensing for Oracle and Microsoft.
Strong demand planning, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and analytics skills.
Excellent presentation and advisory capabilities with a strategic mindset.
Up-to-date with the latest software tech and adoption opportunities in corporate environments.
Good command of English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Demand Planning: translate business needs into IT roadmaps and manage annual IT budgeting.
PMO Governance: oversee software project intake, prioritization, and alignment of IT spending with business goals.
Software Asset Management (SAM): manage lifecycle, compliance, and audits focusing on Oracle and Microsoft licensing and productivity tools.
SaaS & Vendor Advisory: evaluate SaaS tools, negotiate renewals, and optimize software licensing costs.
