Job summary

Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited is seeking a candidate to develop and test business applications and AI solutions at Quarry Bay / Ecospace. The role involves design, implementation, and ongoing support within an agile project environment.

You will participate in solution design, assist project leaders, and serve as a liaison between end-users and vendors. Strong English and Cantonese skills are required, with PuTongHua as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Relevant skill certifications in IT, software development, and AI solutions are an advantage.
• Good English and Cantonese communication skills; PuTongHua would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design test cases, test and implement business applications and AI solutions.
• Participate in Agile meetings and solution design.
• Provide daily user support, system maintenance, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Support Project Leaders throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and systems development tasks.
• Serve as liaison between business end-users and vendors for task completion and issue resolution.
• Learn and implement solutions using traditional and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to work occasional non-office hours as required.
