Job summary

Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited, a part of the Veolia Group, is hiring for IT and AI solutions development. You will design, test and implement business applications while collaborating in Agile environments and providing user support and documentation.

The role involves working with project leaders through the lifecycle, coordinating with vendors, and adopting both traditional and emerging technologies. Occasional non-office hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in any discipline.
• Relevant IT, software development or AI solutions certifications are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good English and Cantonese communication skills, PuTongHua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test case design, testing and implementation of business applications and AI solutions.
• Participate in Agile meetings and solution design.
• Provide daily user support, system maintenance, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Support Project Leaders throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, coordination and systems development tasks.
• Serve as a liaison between business end-users and vendors for task completion and issue resolution.
• Learn and implement solutions using both traditional and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to work occasional non-office hours as required.
