Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited is seeking an IT Support/Infrastructure assistant to help run day-to-day IT operations, monitor networks, and support cloud services. You will assist in cybersecurity, incident response, and digital transformation initiatives, under guidance from senior staff.

The role requires a degree/diploma in IT, 2 years of IT experience or relevant coursework, and familiarity with Windows AD, VMware, AWS. English communication is required, Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, or relevant IT certifications (or currently pursuing).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure (or recent graduate with relevant coursework).
• Cloud knowledge and willingness to develop expertise.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or entry-level cloud certifications.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, Windows AD, VMware, AWS or similar technologies.

Job Description
