Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Service Management Center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities in SMC.
• Assist and guide SMC staff in handling incidents.
• Ensure SMC staff operate in an orderly manner.
• Design and build batch job flow to fulfill user requirements.
