CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced IT project professional to design, implement, and manage complex OTC derivatives systems across the organization. The role requires juggling multiple tasks and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced financial environment.

You will lead system delivery, drive straight-through processing automation for PnL, IPV, collateral, and HKTR reporting, oversee vendor performance, and ensure compliance with ISDA standards and HK

Qualificações

• Experience: 3-5 years in financial IT, with 2+ years specifically in OTC derivatives. HK brokerage experience preferred.
• Business knowledge: Proficient in ISDA standards and the full OTC trade lifecycle.
• Automation expertise: Hands-on in automating PnL, margins, or regulatory reporting (HKTR/FRR).
• PM skills: Strong requirement decomposition and technical communication with developers.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• System Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of OTC derivatives systems and ensure high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Middle-to-Back Automation: Drive STP (Straight-Through Processing) for PnL, IPV, collateral management, FRR, and HKTR reporting.
• Vendor Management: Manage technical specifications and delivery schedules of third-party vendors.
• Documentation: Author professional BRDs/PRDs to translate complex business logic into technical requirements.
• Compliance & Risk: Implement SFC regulatory requirements and automated risk controls within system architectures.

Qualifications
