Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead major IT programs across North America. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects, managing various teams, and delivering high-quality technology solutions. Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of IT experience with 10+ years in enterprise scale programs.
  • Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
  • Skilled at aligning with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills bridging business goals and technical execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management with senior IT and business leaders.
  • Proficiency in Agile execution; hands-on with Jira or Jira Align.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and shifting priorities.
  • Willing to travel quarterly within North America.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large-scale IT infrastructure programs across North America.
  • Plan and monitor onsite IT setups for clients.
  • Manage budget and resource needs across teams.
  • Guide infrastructure deployments, ensure smooth implementation, and validate work through UAT and onsite spot-checks.
  • Coordinate hyper-care activities, resolve UAT issues, and ensure adherence to program goals.
  • Partner with project owners to map scope, define success metrics, manage budgets, and identify resource needs.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies across network, compute, storage, end-user support, and A/V.
  • Work closely with real estate and facilities leaders across the region.
  • Participate in lab setups and infrastructure buildouts at various North American locations.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, covering scope, risks, budgets, and progress.
  • Engage the steering committee for decision-making and escalation support.
  • Produce consistent, high-quality status reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.

  • 12-15 years of IT experience, including 10+ years managing enterprise‑scale infrastructure programs
  • Proven ability to lead large transformation initiatives with strong ownership mindset
  • Skilled in aligning with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and business partners
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging business goals and technical execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior IT and business leaders
  • Proficiency in Agile execution and hands‑on experience with Jira or Jira Align
  • Adept at navigating fast‑changing environments and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, etc.
  • Ability to work with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Willing to travel quarterly (approx. one week each trip) within North America
