TEKsystems is partnering with a leading global insurance organization to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to drive strategic technology initiatives in Hong Kong. You will lead large-scale programs across IT and business teams, coordinating vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA and 5+ years of PM experience, with familiarity in Agile or hybrid delivery methods and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 being advantageous.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA or related field required.
• 5+ years of PM experience in IT, tech transformation or systems implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior management to meet objectives.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
