Captar Partners Limited is seeking an IT Project Manager in Hong Kong for a 1-year contract to lead strategic technology initiatives in the insurance sector. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with business users, IT teams and vendors, and ensure timely, within-budget project outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering application development or digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT projects, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Experience delivering application development, system implementation or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to post-implementation support.
• Gather requirements with business users and define project scope.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors and partners.
• Prepare status reports and steering committee materials.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budget and quality.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across operations.
