Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Project Executive to drive and monitor IT projects across the SDLC, ensuring milestones, budgets, and objectives are met.

You will act as the central coordinator between technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, developing executive-level reports and maintaining governance artifacts. The role also supports technology risk management through cybersecurity controls, compliance reviews, system audits and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery, SDLC, PMO or project coordination.
• Knowledge of IT service management, databases, software development, cybersecurity frameworks, or governance standards is a plus.
• Experience in banking/financial services or regulated industries advantageous.
• PDPM/PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong communication in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor IT project execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
• Act as the central coordination point between technology teams, infrastructure, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth delivery.
• Develop executive reports, presentations, and status updates to support decision-making.
• Prepare project documentation, business cases, and approval materials across the project lifecycle (SDLC).
• Promote technology risk management by supporting cybersecurity controls, compliance reviews, audits, and best practices.
