Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an IT project support professional to help coordinate project data, tender processes, and procurement workflows under PMO guidance.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT project support experience and an associate degree or higher in IT or related fields. You will own roadmaps and ensure agile, on-time rollouts across business units, while shaping scalable ERP-connected designs and partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in IT project support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Associate degree or above in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Ability to maintain accurate and structured project data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting procurement workflows and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and structured project data.
• Support tender processes, documentation and procurement workflow coordination.
• Own the roadmap; deliver agile, on-time rollouts across BUs.
• Shape scalable functional design aligned to ERP & Corporate Systems.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech; drive integrations, AI, and fast resolution.
