Job summary

Fujitec (HK) Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Governance & Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning IT initiatives with business goals.

You will work with Japan HQ and local teams, translate business needs into functional specs, oversee UAT and post-launch reviews, and enforce governance and security standards. A degree and 5+ years' experience are required, with PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management, system implementation, and governance experience.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, or CISA preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese, proactive and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end ERP and IT implementation projects.
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specs and user stories.
• Serve as bridge between technical teams, vendors, and business units.
• Oversee UAT, product launches, system migrations, and post-launch reviews.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Japan headquarters to align IT initiatives and policies.
