Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking an experienced PMO Leader to define and execute the IT portfolio management strategy and oversee a multi‑project environment. You will manage the IT project portfolio, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics for senior leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in PMO governance, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on delivery across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

Qualifications

8+ years IT experience in large-scale multi‑project environments.
Hands-on in IT Portfolio Management and PMO transformation/governance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Portfolio Management and PMO strategy.
Maintain IT project portfolio; track demands, progress, risks, dependencies, and health.
Optimize resource planning and normalization for application delivery; implement PMO tool as single source of truth.
Lead project health assessments; prepare PMO dashboards for IT Leadership.
Implement PMO frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid); promote Agile adoption and standardize processes.
Provide guidance to PMO team; maintain project management training.
Promote AI/automation in portfolio; lead tool implementation for data transparency to senior management.
