Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) invites high calibre IT professionals to join as Programme Manager for major corporate projects. You will lead IT enabling works, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery milestones align with AA objectives.

The role requires a university degree in CS/IT/Engineering with 8+ years of experience in large IT projects, preferably in aviation. Proficiency in ITIL or PMP is preferred, with strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
Proven track record delivering large IT projects.
Experience in aviation industry preferred.
ITIL and PMP certifications preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Chinese knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead IT enabling works for major corporate projects including T2, T2C, T2C Apron, ESA, WSA, 11 Skies and SKYTOPIA.
Oversee design, implementation and deployment of IT systems for corporate projects.
Manage IT project resources, contractors and insourced staff to control cost, scope, schedule and risks.
Integrate existing 2RS IT systems with new IT systems.
Ensure compliance with IT security, cybersecurity and data protection policies.
Ensure smooth transition of IT systems from construction to operation, including handover and training.
Maintain IT governance and QA to meet AA standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and change management for go-live readiness.
