Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an IT project support professional to coordinate government ICT projects. You will collect user needs, write web app specs, and provide setup, fixes, testing, and training to users on site.

The role covers cross-functional coordination across App Dev, Infra, and business units, audits and risk/compliance support, and a chance to work with AI/ML tools and databases such as PostgreSQL, MS-SQL Server, and Oracle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs experience in IT project support or related roles.
• Associate degree or above in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 3 years' experience in ICT and mobile solutions projects.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support.

Responsibilities

• Collect user needs and create web app specs.
• Help users with setup, fixes, testing, and training.
• On-site operation support for Government projects.
• Coordinate projects across App Dev, Infra, and diverse business units.
• Present project updates and insights to senior management.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and security standard compliance.
