Aberdeen Kai-Fong Welfare Association Limited at the Southern District Health Centre is seeking an IT Officer to monitor and support IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring reliable operation and prompt incident response.

You will develop a Business Contingency Plan, establish IT security policies, analyze service requirements, prepare cost estimates and procurement documents, liaise with contractors, and provide user training and manuals.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification IT system project and vendor management experience.
• Experience in government, social and medical sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work shifts including 2 nights per week until 9:15pm.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure and systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Develop Business Contingency Plan for IT backup and governance reporting.
• Establish and maintain IT security policies and guidelines.
• Analyze service requirements to develop IT infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare cost estimation and procurement documents; liaise with contractors.
• Provide user IT training, guides and manuals.
