Job summary

Rakuten Securities Hong Kong Limited is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and operations in Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end server and network environments, ensure security, and meet the regulatory requirements of an SFC Type 3 licensed firm.

You will lead infrastructure projects, manage vendor relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT experience in finance, deep Windows Server/AD, VMware, SQL, Salesforce and IVRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' IT experience in finance or FX.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce and IVRS is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations across servers and network environments.
• Lead infrastructure projects and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance per SFC Type 3.
• Maintain data center operations and core systems.
• Provide after-hours support for critical incidents when needed.
