Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee our IT infrastructure, system security, business system planning and IT team management in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes maintaining the stability of the trading system and optimizing network performance for a fast-paced financial environment.

You will manage infrastructure and security; identify IT operational risks and implement rectification plans to boost production safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience including 5 years in a managerial role in financial industry.
• Familiar with network/system/VMware.
• Experience in securities firms is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SFC standards; risk management skills.
• Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP preferred.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, system security, business system planning, and IT team management.
• Maintain the stability of the trading system and optimize network performance.
• Manage infrastructure, system, and security.
• Identify potential IT operational risks and develop rectification plans to enhance production safety and effectiveness.
• Lead IT projects (system upgrades/ security patching and new applications deployment).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors, managing service delivery, procurement, and technical support to ensure business continuity.
