Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to lead and optimize a hybrid infrastructure across on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments. The role focuses on enterprise networking, security, and compliance, with hands-on work across Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure support with focus on network management.
• Experience in multinational/regional enterprises, HK/Mainland China exposure.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN and security principles.
• Hands-on with enterprise-grade equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5, Velocloud).
• Familiarity with Juniper Mist, cloud networking, container security, and DDI.
• Knowledge of Python, Ansible, and network monitoring tools.
• CCNP (and CCIE preferred) certifications.
• HCIP/HCIE, PCNSE, ITIL, PMP are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily network operations across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and availability.
• Manage lifecycle of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security team to enforce policies and access controls.
• Support compliance audits with documentation and controls.
• Drive knowledge-sharing and succession planning.
• Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades and cloud integration.
• Partner with regional/global stakeholders for aligned architecture.
• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure support for office setups and relocations.
