Job summary

Baguio in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and support critical network and server systems, ensure performance, security, and reliability across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will manage Cloud/SaaS/PaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, M365, D365), oversee hybrid infrastructure, and contribute to documentation, with a focus on communication in English and Chinese and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Min 5 years of hands-on IT operations and infrastructure support.
• Solid experience with Microsoft network environments and system maintenance.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure; Docker and automation tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support network and server infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security through anti-virus, patch management, etc.
• Administer and optimize Cloud/SaaS/PaaS platforms including AWS, Azure, M365, D365.
• Oversee on-premises infrastructure such as HCI, SAN, Firewall, Core Switches.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade and regular/ad hoc maintenance of systems and applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and reporting.
