Job summary

Millennium Technology Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects in alignment with Cisco standards. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, maintain schedules and milestones, and produce status dashboards for stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, risk management and multi-project supervision, with flexibility for domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 10 years+ relevant experience in Project Management.
• Analytical and experienced in identifying and resolving the most complex issues.
• Ability to manage clientele stakeholder relationships from CIO to Engineers.
• Proactive in communications and driving customer success as a priority.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects assigned according to Project Management framework from Cisco and clientele requirements.
• Produce reports and dashboards on milestones, schedule, benefits, risks & issues.
• Manage all project data; establish, maintain and archive project records.
• Record, track and communicate status of deliverables and collect metrics and lessons learned.
