Classy Wheeler Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Technical Manager (Network Infrastructure, Security) to lead a team of network engineers and drive critical LAN/WAN, VPN, cloud, and wireless initiatives with stringent security and uptime requirements.

You will oversee design, deployment, and optimization, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and collaborate with IT leaders to align infrastructure strategy with business goals for enterprise-scale services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
• Solid networking fundamentals and security expertise required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor network engineers and support specialists.

Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance management of internal network engineers and support specialists.
• Direct the design, implementation, deployment, and optimization of enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud, and wireless network systems.
• Enforce network security measures, including firewall policies, patch management, incident response, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Monitor network operations and telemetry to diagnose performance bottlenecks, maintaining high service availability and adhering to target service level agreements.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, hardware and software licensing renewals, and departmental budget allocations.
• Collaborate closely with key IT leaders, project managers, and business units to align network infrastructure strategy with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

• Possess 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise network administration and infrastructure engineering.
• Demonstrate at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical industry experience.
• Possess strong technical expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, QoS, VPNs, cloud networking, software-defined networking, and firewall management.
• Hold professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP (preferred).
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and collaborative leadership abilities.
